I have the right to refuse or deny any commission with no explanation.
A clear reference image must be provided or i will decline the commission.
Payment will upfront, in full or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch, and i have the right to use the payment before the commission is finished.
Refunds are not available post starting the commission, regardless of the reasoning unless I issue it. However, if the piece takes longer than 6-months and the lines have yet to be completed, you may request a refund.
The character you select for a commission cannot be changed post starting the commission unless i ask for it to be changed.
You may use my art on other sites, with proper credit.
designs + adopts
personal art may add to the worth of the character at 50% of your commission rate.
designs of mine may not be given to those on my blacklist.
if you fail to send full payment, in regards to payment plans, you will not receive a refund and i will put the adopt back up for auction, regardless of amount sent.
workpace + deadlines
i will never accept a deadline for any reason, or for extra money.
i have horrible health, as well as nerve damage and back pain, so drawing any longer than 3-4 hours a day is painful for me. i also take frequent health breaks.
i will always try my best to deliver your work as soon as possible.
Commissions can take anywhere from a few days to a couple months per piece.
